3.24.11 I've used this company twice now and have decided to permanently switch to them for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning. It's a citrus based (safe!) solution so it's good for your home, family, pets and environment. On top of being a great cleaner, my house smells AWESOME (think oranges) for the next few days.
The owner is one of the operators, and all of his team that I've worked with are extremely reliable and professional. They do very good work, are diligent, honest and on-time. Some stains they've gotten out of my carpets, rugs and furniture include, but are not limited to:
1) Kids paints/crayons (red!)
2) Coffee
3) Kid barf (in a beautiful purple shade)
4) Baby spit up
5) Rust

3-14-11 My house currently smells wonderful. I have just had Craig Radley and Citrus Solutions clean my carpets.
In the past I have made a point of having my carpets cleaned regularly and was dreading having to do it this time. With my office in the house I was not wanting the noise, the front door wide open from the piping that they feed the machine, waiting for it to dry, the sweet but chemically smell that hangs around for days after, having to go out with the dog for the afternoon while it dries, ........ etc
My carpets were in pretty dirty state. I have been holding out from cleaning them in the hope that my husband could be pursuaded to replace them and so they were nasty with stains from spilled tea and coffee, marks where Mortimer had brought stuff in from the garden and trailed mud and compost in with it, and other stains that I have no idea but just seemed to appear.
Craig turned up exactly when he said he would; He measured the area and then calculated the cost exactly and ok'd it with me before beginning work; He estimated the time it would take and then started while I went back to my office to continue working.
One hour later he called me to say they were done - in half the time he had estimated!
There were no pipes. The noise was minimal. the whole house now smells of oranges and because the cleaner he uses is derived from oranges there is no chemical risk to Mortimer. The carpet is already close to dry and looks fantastic. Even the two really difficult stains where Mort stole whole cups of coffee and upended them on the carpet are barely noticable and craig has left some spray that should fade even them.

The exciting part about the coming "green era" is that new technologies are being invented and applied everyday. So, for those of you who are concerned about bringing toxins into your home, I have found a non-toxic carpet cleaner who does a wonderful job. Craig Radley, who is a local owner of CitruSolutions cleaned my 1421 sq. ft. condo and the carpets came out more beautiful then ever. I have had them steam cleaned for years, but Craig explained to me that the water which is forced into the carpet will evaporate and thereby bring spots back. That is exactly what I had noticed happening and I thought it was just my 14 year old carpets wearing out. I was wrong. My carpets look almost new again and I also know I'm not breathing toxins while they dry either.
In this "green era" we are also learning that doing the right thing, such as eliminating toxic carpet cleaning, doesn't need to be more expensive. His price was significantly less then the steam carpet cleaner I used and Craig's attention to detail was far superior. He also explained thoroughly what he uses and how it is non-toxic. He said he also has a non-toxic product that sanitizes the carpets if the home has infants or small children that sit and play on the floor. I had my carpets professionally cleaned today (the Rorschach test blotches finally got to me), and I absolutely love the results! Many years ago (before kids), I went the traditional steam cleaning route which did the job but left the carpets soppy for a while. Another parent in my son's preschool is the owner/operator of a company called CitruSolution (CitrusCleansCarpetBetter.com), so I decided to try it. The dad, Craig Radley took the time to explain everything and got out spots I had given up on. Doesn't leave behind any funky residue. Plus my house smells like a lovely orange orchard. Or Tang. -Hands down the BEST carpet cleaning I've ever had!
I have two young boys so you can imagine the dirt and grime that gets tracked across our carpets. This carpet cleaning got out EVERY single one of our spots. It was truly unbelievable. No other company has been able to make my carpet look brand new, but they did. And the best part was the smell of the citrus based solution. They should make an air freshener out of it. I've never written a review on Yelp before, but I was so happy with the results I felt compelled to tell everyone about this business. This was by far the best money I've spent in a while.
