Residential Pricing:

All Inclusive Carpet Cleaning:

• $50 per room up to 250 square feet - .50 / sq. ft. thereafter
• $50 per staircase up to 10 steps, $7.50 each additional step
• $25 per hallway up to 75 sq. feet (3x25) - .50 / sq. foot thereafter.
• Area Rugs:  $1 per square foot 

All Inclusive Upholstery Cleaning:

• $145 per sofa (3 seating areas - $45 each additional seat area)
• $15 for 13 in. or larger pillow's or $7.50 less than 12"
• $115 per love seat
• $75 per chaise
• $60 per chair / $75 for oversized (lazy boy, recliner, etc.)
• $40 per ottoman
• $20 per dining room chair, with non upholstered back / $30 with upholstered back

Commercial Pricing:

All Inclusive Carpet Cleaning: 

• .35 cents per square foot - High Traffic Commercial (Restaurants, Gyms, Condo Common Areas, Retail, etc.) 
• .30 cents per square foot - Low Traffic Commercial (Professional Office, etc.) 
• SPECIAL PRICING AVAILABLE FOR 3+ Cleanings Annually
• $6.25 per stair
• $15 per office chair / workstation chair
• $1 per square foot for area rugs on site / $2 off site
