We take environmental responsibility seriously and continually look for new methods to improve the way we do business.  Our planet is worth it.  We encourage you to consider the products and services you choose based upon your own criteria, instead of leaving it up to a "Green Certification Company" or government entity to set the standards, or choosing just because something says it's "All Natural".  Food for thought - tobacco, opium, lead, and mercury are "All Natural" too....

1. Our primary cleaning ingredients, D-Limonene and Citric Acid are naturally obtained from citrus fruits, and are bio-degradable. Our formula is safe and non toxic.

2. We employ a VLM (very low moisture) cleaning process and conserve water without polluting.  Significantly less water is taken from the environment to perform our cleaning process as compared to conventional steam / hot water extraction methods.  On average, we use about .75 gal of liquid for an average room.  We don’t need to extract tanks full of contaminated water and dispose of it back in to the environment like high moisture methods require. Absorption in to our bonnets, vacuuming, and evaporation leave your carpet dry in about 2 hours.

3. We do not run fuel burning generators, pumps or motors during our cleaning process.

4. Our process helps seal dirt out so your carpets stay cleaner longer, require less cleaning, and last longer.

5. We use Benefect all natural disinfectant (made from thyme oil – www.benefect.com) when disinfection is requested.

6. We wash our cleaning bonnets in an Energy Star high efficiency washing machine.

7. Any extracted liquid from spot treating or upholstery cleaning is disposed of properly for treatment.

8. Our cleaning solution is shipped to us in bulk, concentrated form, and diluted at the destination in reusable 5 gallon containers, therefore reducing packaging, weight, and shipping energy required. Our carbon footprint and waste is reduced.

9. Our solution is applied with a manual pump sprayer, not aerosol or other propellants.

10. We utilize fuel efficient vehicles in our operation, and maintain them to minimize fuel consumption.

11. We strive to grow our company primarily by word of mouth referrals and networking, without bulk mailing or spam emailing, and with minimal print advertising.

12. Our vacuums utilize a reusable dust bag, and washable filters - not disposable. It is designed to break down to be cleaned regularly, and will last longer because of its maintainability.

14. We cover a limited geographical region as related to our home office and make every attempt to group jobs together that fall within close proximity, to minimize drive time and fuel consumption.

15. We provide our credit card receipts electronically in email or text message, not paper.

16. We provide our customers with free CitruSolution spot cleaner for life, in a reusable bottle that we refill at each cleaning. There’s no need to buy multiple cleaners with harmful chemicals and wasted packaging any longer.
